1. What AuraWorks Does On Your Device

All video and photo editing operations — trimming, merging, color adjustments, and adding audio — run entirely on your local device or inside your browser using WebAssembly. Your media files are never transferred, rendered, or stored on our servers.

2. Account Information

To use AuraWorks and manage your editing projects, preferences, and subscriptions, users must create a verified account. We collect your email address, authentication credentials, and basic project metadata securely using Firebase Authentication and Firestore.

3. Payment Information

Subscription and plan payments are securely processed by our third-party payment partners (Razorpay / Cashfree / Google Play Billing). AuraWorks retains record of your plan tier and renewal status, but does not store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or sensitive banking credentials.

4. Referral and Withdrawal Information

If you take part in our referral program and request payout withdrawals, we collect relevant banking identifiers (account holder name, account number, IFSC code) solely to fulfill payment distribution. This data is handled strictly for that purpose.

5. Cookies & Session Storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage solely to preserve signed-in user sessions, manage user authentication tokens, and recall application settings.

6. Your Data Rights

You may request deletion, review, or correction of your registration and account record at any time by contacting us at support@auraworks.online.

7. How to Delete Your Account

Any registered AuraWorks user may request permanent deletion of their account and associated data at any time. To do so:

1. Send an email to support@auraworks.online from the email address registered to your AuraWorks account.
2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Account".
3. Include your registered email address in the body of the message so we can locate your account.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days. This deletes your account record (email address, authentication credentials) and your stored plan/subscription status. Basic transaction records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance may be retained for a limited period as required by law. No video, photo, or audio files are ever stored on our servers in the first place — all editing happens locally on your own device, so there is no media to delete on our end.
