1. Account Registration & Use

To access the editor and its toolsets, you must create an account with accurate details. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. On-Device Services

AuraWorks delivers client-side video and photo editing tools. While we offer a free tier with base capabilities, premium features are gated under our AuraWorks Pro subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically at your chosen billing interval (monthly, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) until cancelled prior to the renewal date. Please see our Refund Policy for terms covering billing cancellations.

4. Content Rights & Privacy

You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights over all footage, audio, and images edited via AuraWorks. Because media processing is performed locally on your device, we do not host or claim license to your creative files.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to produce defamatory, unlawful, or infringing media, or to attempt to reverse engineer or bypass account and subscription restrictions.
